The Opportunity

We are searching for an experienced Data Analyst to be a part of our Data Quality Control and Governance team. In this role, you will be responsible for correspondence (paper and/or electronic), independently researching data for trends/weaknesses, and executing data cleaning processes while contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Schedule

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday (Central Time)

Responsibility

  • Data Integrity: Focus on ensuring our contract partners' data is accurate and complete.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide solutions to management and technology partners regarding process/system improvements, gaps in controls, and technology solutions.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a Data Entry, Quality, and/or Management SME and an ambassador of Data Quality and Risk Management.
  • Research & Remediation: Participate in research efforts, including identifying remediation needs through independent research of approved third-party sources.
  • Real-Time Maintenance: Precisely review and maintain data to ensure real-time accuracy.
  • Risk Management: Identify and report risks (including Information Security risks) to the appropriate teams and manage risks within your scope of work.
  • Collaborative Autonomy: Work effectively both as part of a team and independently.

Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Experience: Related to data verification, management, and cleaning (Preferred).
  • Education: Data Management or Data Analyst degree or certification (Preferred).
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient with MS Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel for data manipulation, transformation, structure fixing, and automation (Preferred).
  • Systems: Experience with Electronic Records Management Systems and technical aptitude for navigating software interfaces (Preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: Background knowledge of fire safety systems and NFPA Codes and Regulations (Preferred).
