Job Overview
Our client is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to act as the engine of their outbound growth. This role is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying new business opportunities to build a predictable revenue pipeline.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn social selling.
- Qualify inbound marketing leads (MQLs) to determine fit and purchase intent.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales team.
- Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Maintain meticulous records of outreach and prospect data within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Resilience and a "hunter" mentality, with the ability to handle rejection and pivot strategies.
- Proficiency with sales tech stacks (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or ZoomInfo).
