Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule during client’s business hours (between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm) (Central European Time, 20 hours per week)

Scope:

• The target audience is the 20–30-year-old demographic across social media platforms
• Provide virtual assistant support, including email management, client follow-ups, and scheduling
• Assist with step-by-step organizational tasks to help launch a tour agency by September/October
• Communicate primarily via email and Slack
• Adapt to evolving business needs as additional projects and client-facing responsibilities are introduced

Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including short-form and long-form video editing, voiceovers, and thumbnail creation
• Analyze social media performance metrics, identify optimal posting times, and monitor trending topics to maximize audience engagement
• Implement basic SEO strategies to improve content discoverability and organic reach
• Manage the business owner's inbox, respond to client inquiries, and coordinate calendar scheduling on his behalf
• Support organizational and administrative tasks for a tour agency in its early build-out phase
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research, and day-to-day workflows

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Demonstrated ability in video editing for both short-form and long-form content
• Foundational understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
• Strong written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for productivity and content creation
