B2B Lead Generation Specialist

Schedule:

  • 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Central with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on defined parameters such as industry, company size, and ideal customer profile
  • Research and verify contact information for key decision-makers at target companies
  • Perform quality assurance on compiled lists to ensure data accuracy and completeness before handoff to the BDR
  • Conduct initial email outreach to warm up prospects before transitioning them to the BDR for deeper engagement
  • Continuously refine and update prospect databases to support ongoing outbound campaigns

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B lead research, list building, or sales support roles
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify and qualify prospects efficiently
  • High level of attention to detail when handling large volumes of data
  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistent output within set deadlines
  • Strong written communication skills for initial prospect outreach

Scope:

  • Dedicated to building and preparing prospect lists so the BDR can focus exclusively on outreach and appointment setting
  • Support the go-to-market function by ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified, verified leads
