We’re hiring for a B2B outbound sales role focused on the UK recruitment and staffing space, where you’ll be speaking to 75–120 prospects a day. This isn’t a “light calling” position—it’s high-volume, structured outreach where consistency and discipline matter just as much as confidence on the phone.
Your goal will be to open conversations with decision-makers, understand where they are in their website purchasing or buying cycle, and qualify opportunities properly so nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll be responsible for keeping a well-managed pipeline, scheduling follow-ups weeks, months, or even longer-term, and making sure every touchpoint is tracked and purposeful.

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls (75–120 per day) to recruitment and staffing companies across the UK to identify sales opportunities
- Qualify prospects by determining where they are in their website purchasing cycle and categorize them for timely follow-up
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management by diarizing callbacks at appropriate intervals (weeks, months, or years) to re-engage prospects
- Support multi-channel outreach efforts including LinkedIn engagement and email campaigns to complement phone-based activity
- Log all prospect interactions, call outcomes, and pipeline updates accurately within the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to refine messaging, share market feedback, and improve conversion rates
Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Proven track record of sustaining high daily call volumes in a target-driven environment
- CRM experience with the ability to manage and update large prospect databases
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and relatable phone manner
- Strong resilience and persistence when facing rejection or gatekeepers
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without constant supervision
