We are seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize global paid advertising campaigns focused on student enrollment and lead generation.
This role focuses on campaign performance, ROI optimization, audience targeting, and enrollment growth, supporting the company during a critical expansion and enrollment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
PPC Campaign Management
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across relevant advertising platforms
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust bids, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing page strategies
- Scale campaigns effectively during peak enrollment periods
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable performance insights
- Monitor budgets, conversion rates, and lead quality metrics
- Identify opportunities for growth and improved campaign efficiency
- Prepare regular reporting and strategic recommendations for leadership
Collaboration & Marketing Alignment
- Work closely with marketing and web development teams to align PPC efforts with SEO and website initiatives
- Ensure landing pages and campaign messaging remain optimized for conversion
- Support audience targeting strategies for international, non-localized markets
- Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and enrollment conversion performance
Requirements
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns and paid advertising strategies
- Strong analytical skills and performance optimization mindset
- Experience with lead generation or enrollment-focused campaigns
- Excellent written communication skills for ad copy and reporting
- Ability to work independently within a remote team environment
- High attention to detail in budget management and campaign tracking
- Comfortable managing campaigns targeting multiple countries or regions
