Job Overview

Our client is a fast-growing organization focused on helping individuals and businesses access tailored financial and insurance solutions through a consultative and client-focused approach. To support their expanding client acquisition team, they are seeking a motivated, results-driven Outbound Appointment Setter on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be the critical first point of contact—executing outbound phone outreach, qualifying potential clients for insurance-related services, and scheduling consultations for the senior sales team. This position is ideal for a resilient professional who thrives in a target-driven, high-volume calling environment and is motivated by performance-based commission opportunities.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM SGT (Singapore Time) (20 hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects using provided lead lists.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospect suitability and financial/insurance needs based on established criteria before advancing them in the funnel.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations and meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team, ensuring a seamless calendar handoff.
  • Dialer Management: Efficiently manage daily call activities, queues, and connectivity utilizing automated dialer software such as JustCall.
  • CRM Data Hygiene: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all call outcomes, prospect interactions, and contact information within the company CRM platform.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly outbound call volume quotas and booked-appointment KPIs.
  • Script Optimization: Follow structured call scripts and outreach frameworks while maintaining a natural, professional, and engaging conversational tone to handle objections confidently.

Requirements

  • Outbound Expertise: Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or business development.
  • Industry Familiarity: Comfort or previous exposure to lead generation for financial services, insurance, or related corporate services is an advantage.
  • Technical Literacy: Hands-on experience operating automated dialer systems (e.g., JustCall) and modern CRM platforms.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build quick rapport over the phone.
  • Resilience & Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly comfortable working against clear metric targets and performance KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to optimize 4-hour daily shifts.
  • Proven ability to handle rejection and professional objections with poise and persistence.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, completely quiet work-from-home setup.
