You will manage the full lifecycle of media assets, ensuring that large-scale property projects are organized, edited with precision in Adobe Premiere Pro, and delivered on strict deadlines.

Responsibilities
1. Media Processing & File Architecture
- Organization: Maintain strict file structures, naming conventions, and metadata organization for large volumes of high-resolution video assets.
- Pipeline Support: Act as the operational backbone for the internal editing team, ensuring raw media is processed and ready for production without delay.
- Data Transfer: Efficiently manage high-bandwidth uploads and downloads of large project files, ensuring zero data corruption.
2. Video Editing & Asset Delivery
- Editing Support: Execute clean, polished video edits using Adobe Premiere Pro, with a heavy emphasis on property and real estate formatting.
- Quality Control: Rigorously verify that exports meet exact technical specifications (codec, resolution, frame rate) before delivery.
- Workflow Delivery: Manage final asset delivery pipelines, ensuring clients or internal systems receive project files reliably within strict turnaround windows.
Requirements
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Industry Focus: A strong portfolio displaying clean, polished editing work—specifically for real estate, architectural, or property media.
- Technical Infrastructure: A high-speed, stable internet connection capable of handling heavy continuous media transfers (Proof of upload/download speeds required during vetting).
- Work Style: Exceptional attention to detail, dependability under tight deadlines, and a structured approach to file management.
