Job Overview
The AI Solutions Architect designs, builds, and deploys AI-powered workflows and tools that improve how operating teams and their clients work. The role combines product development (building internal AI tools and prompt libraries), client implementation (deploying those tools into production), and workflow automation (eliminating manual work through prompt engineering, CRM automation, and process redesign). This is a builder-operator role: identify the highest-leverage AI opportunities, design the solution, ship it, and measure the impact.
Work Schedule: Flexible within client's business hours | Australian Eastern Time
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Development
- Design and maintain the architecture of internal AI products, including prompt libraries, context layers, and vertical-specific templates that scale across multiple use cases and clients.
- Establish prompt design standards and enforce them across every library shipped.
- Build new libraries by industry vertical using a repeatable methodology that minimizes per-client customization while maximizing relevance.
Implementation & Adoption
- Identify where AI can meaningfully improve operations across sales, recruitment, customer support, back-office work, and client deliverables.
- Onboard internal teams and clients to AI tooling: scope workflows, configure prompts against their tech stack, and embed AI into daily work.
- Train operators and end-users on effective AI usage in production environments.
Workflow & CRM Automation
- Build and maintain CRM workflows that automate sales pipelines, lifecycle stages, and operational handoffs.
- Identify automation opportunities across the core operating cycle and ship them end-to-end.
Strategy & Commercialization
- Partner with leadership on which AI initiatives to prioritize and how to position them commercially.
- Maintain sales collateral, briefs, and demo materials when AI tools are positioned externally to clients.
- Translate AI capability into business outcomes that leadership and operators can act on.
Requirements
- 3+ years combining process design, client implementation, or product work — recruitment, customer success, sales engineering, consulting, or operations backgrounds all transfer.
- Hands-on fluency with LLM prompt engineering: structures context and placeholders cleanly, designs prompts that produce usable deliverables, and debugs failing outputs.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent): workflows, properties, pipelines, and association behavior.
- Comfortable with technical tooling without being an engineer: scripted document generation, basic data work, and identifying client tech stacks.
- Strong written communication across client-facing emails, sales decks, and internal playbooks.
- Fluent English required; additional languages a plus for international client coverage.
- Self-directed operator who can move from problem identification to shipped solution without heavy oversight.
