Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our residential and commercial HVAC clients. In this role, you will manage inbound calls, coordinate service appointments, and keep our scheduling and records systems accurate — all while delivering a consistently excellent customer experience that keeps our field operations running smoothly.
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Sleepy Hollow, IL
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls through an advanced computer-based phone system, providing prompt and professional assistance
- Schedule and coordinate HVAC service appointments for both residential and commercial clients, optimizing technician routing and availability
- Document detailed job information and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records to support seamless service delivery
- Manage customer inquiries related to heating and air conditioning services, resolving concerns efficiently and professionally
- Input and maintain data in scheduling and accounting management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service while actively supporting field operations to ensure technician teams are informed and prepared
