Role Overview:
We are seeking a COO / Integrator to serve as the operational counterpart to the CEO, driving execution, alignment, and performance across the business. This role ensures all departments remain accountable to key KPIs while overseeing day-to-day operations, allowing the CEO to focus on growth, strategy, and expansion.
Schedule: Flexible within 12 PM to 12 AM PH time
Core Responsibilities
1. Vision → Execution

Translate CEO vision into quarterly and annual execution plans

Ensure all departments are aligned to company goals and priorities

Drive accountability through scorecards, KPIs, and regular reporting
2. Operational Leadership

Oversee all core functions:

Paid media & creative
-
Supply chain & fulfillment
-
Customer experience
-
Finance & reporting
-
Build and optimize systems, workflows, and SOPs across departments

3. Performance & Profitability Ownership

Own key business metrics:

CS KPIs, Production Pipeline

Inventory turnover, fulfillment efficiency

Ensure operations directly support profitability and scalability, not just efficiency

Establish dashboards and reporting cadence across teams
4. Cross-Functional Alignment

Break down silos between departments and ensure unified execution
-
Align marketing, operations, and finance toward shared goals
-
Ensure resources (budget, talent, tools) are allocated effectively
5. Leadership & Team Management

Lead and manage department heads (marketing, ops, CX, finance)
-
Run weekly leadership meetings with clear accountability structures
-
Build a high-performance culture focused on execution and results
6. Systems & Scalability
-
Implement operational frameworks (e.g., EOS or similar systems)
-
Create scalable processes to support growth from current stage to next revenue tier

Drive automation, tooling, and operational efficiency
Requirements
-
5+ years in ecommerce (DTC preferred)
-
Experience scaling brands to $10M+ revenue
-
Strong understanding of:

Shopify ecosystem
-
Paid media economics (Meta, etc.)

Supply chain & fulfillment
