Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Creative Sales Assistant (Figma + AI) to support our outdoor advertising sales team. In this role, you will bridge sales, creative, and operations—preparing client proposals, checking inventory availability, and ensuring all requirements are met before campaign launch. You will use Figma to produce high-quality mockups and site visualizations, and leverage AI tools (generative design, text-to-image, automation) to accelerate pitch deck creation and internal workflows. You will also maintain accurate records of contracts, marketing lists, and campaign performance data, serve as a professional point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, or video, and assist in scheduling meetings across departments to ensure timely campaign execution.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm (UK Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare proposals, check inventory availability, and ensure client requirements are met.
- Use Figma to create high-quality mockups, site visualizations, and presentation assets that bring outdoor advertising campaigns to life.
- Proactively use AI tools (generative design, text-to-image, or automation) to speed up the creation of pitch decks and internal workflows.
- Maintain meticulous records of client contracts, marketing lists, and campaign performance data.
- Act as a professional point of contact for inquiries via email, chat, or video, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to execution.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating between departments to ensure timely campaign launches.
Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced confidence with Figma. You should be comfortable building layouts, editing components, and exporting assets for digital use.
- High proficiency in G-Suite and a genuine enthusiasm for incorporating AI tools into your daily workflow to increase efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal English skills with the ability to explain technical or design concepts clearly.
- A meticulous approach to data entry and CRM management; you take pride in "zero-error" outputs.
- The ability to pivot from a creative design task to a structured administrative task without losing momentum.
Highly Regarded Skills and Experience:
- Confidence in their own ability and eagerness for promotion.
- Any sector with service-oriented, project-based sales cycles. Preferably in the media and technology industries.
- Knowledge of presentation tools like Google Slides or Canva for rapid deck building.
- A portfolio or examples of work created using Figma or AI-assisted design tools.
- Experience supporting sales enablement roles (Working with sales/ business development reps and account executives)
