Job Overview

Our client is looking for a self-motivated professional to support the launch and ongoing development of a referral network from the ground up. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to businesses from a marketing list to establish, nurture, and maintain strong referral partnerships. You will collaborate closely with company leadership to refine processes and reporting as the initiative matures, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys taking initiative in a newly launched program.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 9am - 1pm EDT (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses from a purchased marketing list to establish and nurture referral partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners through regular follow-ups, meetings, and event scheduling
• Track and report on business volume generated by each referral partner to measure program effectiveness
• Import contact lists into the CRM and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach and conversations
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and networking events with prospective and existing referral partners
• Contribute to the development of outreach strategies and workflows as the referral program scales

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or appointment setting
• Proven ability to manage CRM systems and maintain organized, detailed records
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade business contacts over the phone
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a newly launched program
• High level of attention to detail and follow-through on tasks

Scope:

• Part-time role (20 hours per week) with potential to transition to more hours as the referral program grows
• Work within the Eastern time zone schedule
• Operate from a purchased marketing list supplied by the company
