You will be supporting a US-based insurance brokerage specializing in high-stakes sectors, including transportation, ambulance services, and healthcare. BruntWork is facilitating this recruitment as the outsourcing agency; you will provide services as an Independent Contractor dedicated to this client's project.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Policy Services Representative to support insurance policy servicing and client requests. In this role, you will assist with administrative insurance tasks such as adding drivers or vehicles to existing policies, generating certificates of insurance, and responding to client communications. This position focuses on customer service and back-office policy processing while working within agency management systems and collaborating with internal tools to manage client requests efficiently. 

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm PST | with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Policy Endorsements: Execute requests to add or remove vehicles and drivers from existing commercial policies.
  • Certificate Management: Generate and distribute Certificates of Insurance (COI) to clients and third-party holders.
  • System Administration: Maintain accurate records within HawkSoft or EZLynx AMS.
  • Communication: Manage the client inbox, responding to service requests and coordinating with AI-routing systems to prioritize tasks.
  • Niche Support: Process specialized manual tasks for transportation and healthcare insurance sectors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Insurance (US-based experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience using HawkSoft, EZLynx, or a similar Agency Management System.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and verbal). Bilingual Spanish proficiency is highly valued.
  • Prior exposure to transportation or healthcare insurance certificates and filings.
