Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Web Designer (Elementor) to lead the redesign and ongoing optimization of the company’s website using Elementor.
This role focuses on website performance, technical SEO, front-end development, and long-term site scalability, ensuring the platform delivers a modern experience for a global audience of prospective families.
Company Overview:
A growing international online education company serving families across multiple countries through a fully remote and globally distributed team. The business is expanding its digital presence and investing heavily in website performance, SEO, and enrollment-driven marketing initiatives.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule during client’s business hours (with occasional meetings) (UK Time, 35 hours per week)
Scope:
- Full website redesign from wireframes through launch
- Ongoing website maintenance and optimization
- Technical SEO implementation and performance improvements
- Collaboration with global marketing and PPC teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Website Development & Redesign
- Lead the full redesign and rebuild of the company website using WordPress and Elementor
- Translate existing wireframes into a polished, responsive, and high-performing website
- Ensure consistent design quality and user experience across all pages and devices
- Maintain and update the website as business and marketing needs evolve
- Performance & SEO Optimization
- Optimize page speed, technical performance, and Core Web Vitals
- Implement modern SEO best practices, including technical SEO and GEO/AI-search considerations
- Structure website content and architecture to support a global, non-localized audience
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align SEO and content strategies
- Collaboration & Ongoing Support
- Participate in sprint planning and collaborative development workflows
- Coordinate with marketing and PPC teams on landing page optimization
- Support ongoing updates, fixes, and performance enhancements
- Help evolve the site structure alongside the company’s growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience building and redesigning websites using WordPress and Elementor
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and website optimization best practices
- Experience improving page speed and Core Web Vitals performance
- Strong front-end design, attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within remote teams
- Comfortable working in a globally distributed environment
