Social Media & Growth Coordinator

Job Overview:

As a Social Media & Growth Coordinator, you will manage a diverse social media presence across five distinct projects spanning the apps, gaming, and publishing sectors. In this role, you will develop and execute tailored content calendars for each target audience while supporting app store optimization through graphics and storefront visuals. Your responsibilities include handling light administrative and outreach tasks, such as cold emailing and event coordination, to drive project growth. Finally, you will track and report on engagement metrics to effectively identify which projects are gaining the most traction.

Schedule:

  • 9:00 PM - 1:00 PM Texas Time (20 - 34 Hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish daily social media content across multiple platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) for a portfolio of five projects
  • Design engaging graphics and visual assets to maintain brand consistency across all social media channels
  • Edit raw video footage into polished, platform-ready content using tools such as CapCut
  • Set up and manage dedicated social media handles for each product, growing audience engagement and follower counts
  • Conduct outreach to school districts and organizations via mass email campaigns to promote a published children's book
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating promotional events and community engagements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, including content creation and community engagement
  • Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different brands
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
