Our client is seeking a B2B Cold Caller to generate new commercial cleaning contracts through direct outreach and lead qualification. This role focuses on cold calling, email outreach, and SMS campaigns to book walkthroughs with qualified prospects in the commercial cleaning space.

Client Overview

The client operates a commercial cleaning business servicing smaller offices, law firms, preschools, and churches throughout Massachusetts. The company has been operating since 2020 and is transitioning from residential to commercial contracts while scaling operations through consistent client acquisition.

Schedule:

  • Flexible 4 hours daily from Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm EST (20 hrs per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and SMS campaigns to prospective commercial clients including offices, law firms, preschools, and churches.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, overcoming objections, and answering questions about cleaning services.
  • Schedule walkthroughs and appointments with qualified prospects for the business owner to conduct final presentations.
  • Nurture existing client relationships and re-engage previous clients to maintain consistent business flow.
  • Update and maintain lead information in the CRM system to track outreach activities and pipeline progress.
  • Generate warm leads from provided contact lists and identify new opportunities within target markets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development with a track record of successful outreach campaigns.
  • Experience using CRM systems and dialer software to manage leads and track outreach activities.
  • Strong B2B sales background with experience conducting cold calls and managing full sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and secure commitments from prospects.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain high call volumes consistently.

Nice-To-Have

  • Previous experience working with US-based clients, particularly in the service industry.
  • Familiarity with the commercial cleaning industry or related service sectors such as HVAC, carpet cleaning, or facility maintenance.
  • Experience with marketing activities including managing business listings or online presence.
