Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Frontend Developer (HubSpot CMS) to support the development and optimization of web experiences. This role focuses on building responsive, high-quality frontend components and working within HubSpot CMS to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions. The ideal candidate will be pragmatic and execution-focused, comfortable working within defined technical directions while ensuring high performance and cross-browser compatibility.
Schedule:
Flexible during clients business hrs | 8AM - 5PM PT or 9AM - 6PM PT
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain HubSpot CRM workflows, automations, and pipelines
- Manage CRM data accuracy, segmentation, and lead routing
- Support integrations between HubSpot and external tools/platforms
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and support internal users
- Document CRM processes and maintain workflow standards
- Collaborate with teams to improve CRM operations and automation efficiency
- Monitor CRM performance and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS development.
- Detail-oriented and precise in technical implementation.
- Comfortable working within defined technical directions and constraints.
- Ability to work full-time with the required Pacific Standard Time (PST) overlap.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience (flexible for candidates with strong portfolios).
- Familiarity with integrating APIs or working within CMS-driven environments is a plus.
- Experience working in small teams or fast-paced, founder-led environments is highly regarded.
