Outbound Sales Agent

Job Overview

Our client looking for a proactive and resourceful Outbound Sales Agent to help generate new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and business development efforts. This is not a purely administrative outreach role, but someone who can think strategically, bring new ideas to the table, and take ownership of pipeline generation activities with minimal supervision.

Schedule: 

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST, with one hour of unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels
  • Conduct personalized email outreach and follow-up campaigns
  • Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and support pipeline generation efforts
  • Identify, test, and suggest new outbound strategies and channels
  • Potentially conduct cold calls when relevant
  • Help improve overall outbound sales processes and messaging
  • Work independently while proactively bringing new ideas and recommendations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or business development roles
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using outbound sales tools such as Instantly, Amplemarket, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Resourceful, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Based in Latin America (highly preferred)
