Client Overview: The client provides services to match their customer's community needs. From the basic financials only to full community management, no matter how small or big your association is, they can support you.
Job Responsibilities:
● Main Line Phone Assistance:
- Professionally and courteously handle incoming calls from homeowners, addressing their inquiries, and providing relevant information.
- Direct calls to the appropriate team members and take detailed messages when necessary.
- All calls documented in CRM system.
● Work Orders Management:
- Receive and process work orders submitted by homeowners, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion and homeowner satisfaction.
- Update and maintain an organized ticketing system to track work orders and their status.
● Administrative Support:
- Assist the team with various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, file organization, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to schedule meetings, arrange appointments, and manage calendars.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Proven experience in providing administrative support.
● Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
● Proficiency in using computer software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration platforms.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
● Professionalism and exceptional customer service skills.
● Familiarity with homeowners associations or property management is a plus.

● Windows Processor: Intel i3 - 6th Generation/Ryzen 5 - 3rd Generation, Operating System: Windows 10 and up
● MAC Processor with an Operating System of Catalina and Up Only
● RAM: 8GB and up
● At least 25 Mbps Internet speed
