Job Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Reports & Document Editor to support their national leak detection operations. Acting as the final quality checkpoint, you will be responsible for transforming technical data collected by field technicians into professional, client-ready reports. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, this role is critical in maintaining the company’s reputation for accuracy and professionalism while ensuring that administrative and invoicing workflows remain seamless and efficient.

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Melbourne time (30-minute unpaid break) (7.5 hours a day/37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Report Editing & Formatting: Review and edit technical leak detection reports for accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation.
- Quality Assurance: Serve as the final reviewer to ensure all documentation meets high standards before it reaches the client.
- Workflow Management: Use the company’s job management system, Loop, to manage administrative tasks (full training provided).
- Financial Administration: Generate and process invoices for completed works within the system.
- Client Coordination: Manage the timely release of finalized reports and invoices to clients through established digital channels.
- Operational Support: Assist the Client Services Manager with daily coordination tasks to ensure national service operations run smoothly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous digital documentation and internal administrative records.
Requirements
- Administrative Expertise: Proven experience in document management, administration, or operational support.
- Editorial Precision: Exceptional attention to detail with strong editing, formatting, and proofreading skills.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience working within a service-based, trades, or field technician environment (Highly Regarded).
- Familiarity with job management systems or digital workflow platforms (Preferred).
- High proficiency in handling digital documents and administrative software.
