Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly face and voice of the company, providing top-notch support to valued customers through non-voice channels like email, chat, and SMS. Your role will be crucial in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling claims with professionalism and empathy.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (12:30 AM to 9:30 AM Manila Time) includes 1h unpaid break

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, claims, and issues through digital channels
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers in a friendly manner
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer support experience required
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking capabilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and digital communication tools
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the fashion industry (a plus)
