Executive Assistant (Part-Time)
Overview
We are seeking a high-performance Executive Assistant to work directly with the
President of a growing New York City real estate company. The EA will coordinate
projects and compliance reporting for the real estate portfolio.
Schedule:
● Part-time, approximately 4–5 hours per day
● Focused on New York City, Eastern Time (Remote/Hybrid as per client needs)
Responsibilities

Monitor and prioritize executive correspondence, ensuring timely and professional
responses to all inquiries.

Maintain digital filing systems for property records, compliance documents, and
insurance certificates.

Track the status of ongoing property projects and renovations using internal project
management tools.

Oversee building compliance and annual filing requirements

Coordinate with city agencies for inspections and compliance filings

Coordinate window guard and lead paint remediation programs

Maintain annual compliance calendar and manage deadlines

Manage Local Law projects (ie facade, elevator,
Energy efficiency)
Requirements

2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative leadership
role.

Direct experience in the Real Estate industry (NYC-specific experience highly
preferred).

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a dense workload within a 4–5
hour window.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for high-stakes professional
environments.
