Appointment Setter
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for clients interested in insurance products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Schedule appointments between clients and our specialists
- Maintain accurate records of all scheduled appointments in our system
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer basic inquiries about our services
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly appointment targets
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth client handoffs
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales development, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
