We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for clients interested in insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Schedule appointments between clients and our specialists
  • Maintain accurate records of all scheduled appointments in our system
  • Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
  • Provide exceptional customer service and answer basic inquiries about our services
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly appointment targets
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth client handoffs

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, sales development, or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
