Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee scheduling and coordinate shift assignments to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Process and manage payroll hours, timekeeping records, and related documentation
- Support HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record management
- Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts and HR-related documentation
- Handle office administration tasks including purchasing, vendor management, and supplies coordination
- Assist with employee relations matters and maintain personnel files
- Coordinate with various departments to support day-to-day operational needs
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR administration, office management, or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
