Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our healthcare organization in a key administrative and HR support role. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our operations and team management across multiple critical functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee scheduling and coordinate shift assignments to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Process and manage payroll hours, timekeeping records, and related documentation
  • Support HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record management
  • Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts and HR-related documentation
  • Handle office administration tasks including purchasing, vendor management, and supplies coordination
  • Assist with employee relations matters and maintain personnel files
  • Coordinate with various departments to support day-to-day operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR administration, office management, or similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, payroll systems, and standard office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and HR best practices preferred
