Admin Assistant (Email Support & Data Entry)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Recruitment Admin Assistant to support our growing team. If you enjoy organized, process-driven work and have strong written communication skills, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced recruitment environment.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling candidate communications via email, requesting and organizing documents, and accurately uploading resumes into our database. You’ll also assist with basic social media tasks to support our online presence. This position is ideal for someone who is highly attentive to detail, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and consistency in their work.

Schedule
  • Flexible during client business hours; 20hrs a week

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming emails thanking candidates for contacting the agency
  • Request documents from candidates when needed
  • Upload candidate resumes into their account in the company database
  • Basic social media tasks

Requirements

  • Strong written English skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with data entry

Scope

  • This is an administrative and back office role with no direct customer interaction.
  • The role will start out part-time at 20 hours per week, with potential to increase to full-time.
