Part-Time Customer Support and Operations Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive part-time professional to join our team for approximately 20 hours per week. This role offers the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on customer quotes and drive conversion opportunities
  • Identify and reactivate dormant customer accounts
  • Maintain and organize CRM systems and spreadsheet data
  • Provide support for loyalty program management and administration
  • Oversee web-to-print portal maintenance and user support

Schedule Requirements

Monday through Friday with availability during U.S. Central Time business hours. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to align with core business operations.

You are organized, reliable, and comfortable working with multiple systems and tools. You have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a customer-focused environment.
