Part-Time Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role will focus on providing comprehensive bookkeeping support, with a specific emphasis on trust account management and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile trust account transactions
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper in professional services environments
- Strong knowledge of trust account management and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
