We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role will focus on providing comprehensive bookkeeping support, with a specific emphasis on trust account management and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reconcile trust account transactions
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper in professional services environments
  • Strong knowledge of trust account management and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
