Social Media E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a Social Media E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and help establish and optimize our Instagram shop presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure Instagram shop functionality
• Create and curate product listings for social commerce
• Develop Instagram content strategy aligned with e-commerce goals
• Manage product photography and visual content for the shop
• Monitor shop performance and customer engagement metrics
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage transactions through Instagram
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotional campaigns

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with Instagram and social media platforms
• Understanding of e-commerce and social shopping features
• Strong visual design sense and content creation ability
• Experience with product photography or ability to source quality images
• Familiarity with Instagram Business Suite and shop setup
• Basic analytics and reporting skills
