Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on varied projects and contribute to the success of a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate construction take-offs and cost estimates
• Manage project accounts and financial documentation
• Liaise with project teams and stakeholders
• Analyse tender documents and specifications
• Monitor project budgets and expenditure
• Prepare reports and documentation as required

About You:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction
• Strong knowledge of take-off procedures and cost estimation
• Proficiency with relevant QS software and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Professional qualification (RICS or equivalent) preferred
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
