Join a growing roofing company dedicated to providing homeowners with top-quality service. We are seeking a motivated and professional Cold Caller to join our remote call center team, where you will contact homeowners to schedule complimentary roof inspections for our sales representatives. This position is ideal for individuals with prior call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.

Schedule:

• Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective homeowners to schedule roof inspections.
• Clearly and professionally explain our services and the benefits of a complimentary inspection.
• Manage and update the appointment calendar to ensure accurate scheduling for sales reps.
• Handle objections and rejection gracefully while maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize appointment conversions.
• Provide voice recordings or samples if requested to demonstrate clear and professional communication skills.

Requirements

• Fluent, well-spoken English
• Must have a ton of experience in cold calling
• Previous call center experience preferred; experience in roofing or home services is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay motivated and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
• Comfortable using CRM systems or scheduling software.
