Our client is looking for a crucial first point of contact in a thriving insurance operation, where your appointment-setting skills directly impact both client outcomes and your earning potential. This role puts you at the center of a commission-based environment where performance matters, supported by daily coaching, proven scripts, and a team that’s invested in your success. You’ll work directly with agency leadership while they focus on training and closing, making you an essential part of their growth strategy.

Client Overview

A dynamic insurance agency operating on a performance-driven model where success is directly rewarded. The team specializes in connecting prospects with life-changing insurance solutions through a proven system of inbound and outbound lead management. They’ve built efficient processes, including instant video transfers and comprehensive training programs to maximize conversion rates.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Handle hot inbound leads and outbound prospect calls with confidence
  • Manage warm lead conversations and overcome objections effectively
  • Set qualified appointments and transfer prospects to closing specialists
  • Conduct “on-the-spot appointments” by facilitating immediate video conference transfers
  • Follow established scripts and proven processes for lead qualification
  • Participate in daily Zoom coaching sessions with the management team
  • Support agency leaders by qualifying prospects while they focus on training and closing
  • Maintain high activity levels in a production-focused environment
  • Triple and quadruple-book appointment slots to maximize show rates
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize conversion processes

Requirements

  • Previous appointment setting experience, ideally within the insurance industry
  • Strong objection handling abilities and persistence through rejection
  • Professional verbal communication skills
  • Coachable mindset and willingness to follow established systems and scripts
  • Proven work ethic and reliability for full-time commitment
  • Experience calling prospects in the United States market
  • Bonus if you have insurance industry knowledge or sales background
  • Comfortable in commission-based, results-driven environments
