A UK-based property investment and management business specialising in the Liverpool market. The company provides end-to-end services for international investors, including sourcing, due diligence, renovation, lettings, and ongoing management.

As the business expands into China, they are building a local presence to engage high-net-worth investors and support long-term investment partnerships.


Job Description:

The Sales & Customer Relations Manager will act as the primary point of contact for Chinese investors, managing relationships from initial enquiry through to investment and post-sale support. This is a relationship-driven sales role requiring strong communication skills, credibility with high-net-worth clients, and the ability to manage a full sales cycle independently.

The role also includes supporting marketing efforts within China and representing the business at key events, including a major property exhibition in Shanghai.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth investors in China
  • Qualify leads and manage the full sales pipeline from initial enquiry to investment commitment
  • Deliver clear and compelling property investment presentations (online and in-person)
  • Guide clients through the investment process, including documentation and coordination with the UK team
  • Provide ongoing after-sales support to maintain strong client relationships
  • Communicate regularly with clients via WhatsApp, WeChat, email, and phone
  • Support marketing initiatives across Chinese platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu/RED, Douyin, Weibo)
  • Assist in preparing for the Shanghai property exhibition (LPS), including logistics and materials
  • Represent the company at the exhibition, engage potential clients, and capture leads
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance updates

Requirements (Skills):

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in sales, investor relations, or client-facing roles
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients
  • Strong sales skills with ability to build trust and close high-value deals
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms and digital communication channels
  • Highly organised with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with an international team
  • Willingness to attend and support the Shanghai exhibition in December

Cantonese is a strong plus.
