Work Schedule:
- 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern Time with an hour unpaid break
Responsibilities:
- Execute customer onboarding and implementation tasks for wireless and dashcam deals.
- Manage support ticket inbox and respond to customer emails promptly.
- Facilitate phone number transfers between carriers, specifically to T-Mobile.
- Set up and manage customer account access and portal configurations.
- Handle occasional emergency support calls from B2B clients.
Requirements:
- Previous professional experience with T-Mobile systems or lingo is highly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to complete complex administrative forms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage for client base.
Scope:
- Primary focus on B2B customer success and post-sale implementation.
- Remote work arrangement with all necessary hardware/software support.
- Long-term commitment with direct integration into the Cloudcam IQ team.
- Reporting directly to the CEO/COO on daily task completion.
