E-Commerce Customer Support Representative

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage order processing and handle multi-channel customer interactions. In this role, you will work closely with a team in Australia to ensure accurate, timely, and empathetic service. You will be responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by resolving inquiries through calls, emails, and live chat while managing essential administrative tasks to keep e-commerce operations running smoothly.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM NSW Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Process and manage orders from the e-commerce platform accurately and efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Multi-Channel Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, handling both inbound and outbound interactions professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Complete ad hoc tasks, including spreadsheet management, list organization, and data entry.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflows and consistent information sharing across the organization.
  • Performance Standards: Meet or exceed established KPIs while maintaining high-quality service and empathy in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or e-commerce support.
  • Experience with phone-based support and live chat environments (Preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets or Excel).
  • Empathetic, professional, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento (Preferred).
