Social Media Content Assistant

Job Overview:

This is an extremely demanding, fast-paced role for an administrative professional who thrives under pressure. We do not micro-manage, but we require proactiveness; we expect 100% autonomy and flawless execution. If you require reminders, constant instruction, or "clout" for your resume, do not apply. This is behind-the-scenes, high-output work.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 5:00 to 7:00 pm (US Pacific Time, 10 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Distribution: Precise downloading and cross-platform uploading (IG to TikTok) with zero errors in captions or tags.
  • Curation: Independent research to identify and secure viral-ready niche content daily.
  • Reporting: Mandatory "Start of Shift" and "End of Shift" logs sent without fail.
  • Problem-Solving: If a glitch happens, you find the solution. "Waiting for instructions" is a failure in this role.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

  • Technical Mastery: Native-level navigation of Instagram/TikTok workflows.
  • High-Speed Execution: Ability to treat a 2-hour window as a high-intensity sprint.
  • Extreme Accountability: You document your own SOPs and never make the same mistake twice.
  • Proactiveness: You will have to communicate first, instead of the client doing the follow-up.
