Outbound Appointment Setter - SaaS

Work Schedule: 20hrs per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 1pm | Eastern Time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients in targeted industries
  • Qualify leads through initial conversations and assess fit for the company's web development and automation services
  • Warm up prospects and seamlessly transfer qualified leads to in-house consultants for further engagement
  • Log all call activity, lead details, and follow-up tasks accurately in Zoho CRM
  • Send follow-up emails to prospects after initial outreach to nurture interest and maintain engagement
  • Collaborate with the inbound team and consultants to ensure a smooth handoff and consistent messaging

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in outbound cold calling or appointment setting, preferably within a SaaS or tech services environment
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms
  • High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally

Scope:

  • Focus on outbound lead generation to complement the existing inbound sales function
  • Work closely with consultants to understand service offerings including web development, system integrations, and AI-driven automations
  • Contribute to building and refining the company's outbound sales process as a foundational team member
