The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Performance Coordinator to support team effectiveness, accountability, and operational excellence across a remote workforce.

This role is critical in ensuring that work is delivered on time, at a high standard, and with clear visibility. You will track performance, identify gaps early, and work closely with leadership to drive continuous improvement across the team.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and confident in holding others accountable while maintaining professionalism.


What You Will Do

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track team performance across key metrics including task completion, turnaround time, responsiveness, attendance, and quality
  • Maintain performance dashboards and trackers for clear visibility
  • Prepare weekly performance summaries highlighting wins, risks, and improvement areas

Accountability & Follow-Up

  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on overdue or incomplete tasks
  • Ensure team members provide timely and accurate progress updates
  • Reinforce expectations around delivery, communication, and accountability

Operational Support & Improvement

  • Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and operational bottlenecks
  • Recommend and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency
  • Support leadership in aligning priorities, timelines, and expectations

Communication & Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating check-ins, one-on-ones, and performance discussions
  • Ensure clear communication standards across the team
  • Act as a central point for tracking progress and ensuring alignment

Documentation & Process Discipline

  • Maintain clear documentation of performance issues and improvement plans
  • Ensure proper task handovers, reporting standards, and workflow consistency
  • Support the development of structured processes across the team

What You Bring

  • Experience in performance tracking, operations coordination, or team management support
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and KPIs
  • Experience managing dashboards, trackers, or reporting systems
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to follow up clearly and professionally
  • Confidence in enforcing accountability with tact and professionalism
  • Experience working with remote teams

Nice to Have:

  • Experience building or automating workflows and tracking systems
  • Background in operations, project coordination, or process improvement
