Job Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who can take full ownership of the brand’s digital presence—from content creation to performance marketing.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will not only execute but elevate the overall brand experience. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand is perceived online.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly brand-conscious, with a strong eye for premium aesthetics and a mindset of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management (Frontline Brand Presence)
- Manage day-to-day social media execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Build and maintain a visually cohesive, premium feed aligned with brand identity
- Create content that is clean, elevated, and human—not overly sales-driven
- Transform products into lifestyle stories and aspirational moments
- Ensure a consistent and refined brand voice across all platforms
Expectation: Every post should reflect the quality and positioning of a premium homeware brand.
2. Content Creation & Visual Design
- Create high-quality visual assets using Canva
- Apply strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, color balance, spacing)
- Continuously refine visuals to maintain a minimalist and premium aesthetic
Expectation: Content should feel thoughtfully designed—not templated or generic.
3. Shopify & Website Management
- Manage and update products within Shopify
- Upload products with clean formatting, clear categorization, and compelling descriptions
- Optimize product pages for visual appeal, conversion, and user experience
- Implement small improvements to enhance overall site presentation
Expectation: The website should feel as polished and premium as the products themselves.
4. Paid Marketing (Google Ads & Social Ads)
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Support Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising aligned with brand positioning
- Monitor performance and continuously improve ROI
- Ensure all ad creatives maintain a premium, brand-consistent look
Expectation: High-performing campaigns that never compromise brand quality.
5. Email Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Manage and engage a growing customer database (1,200+ subscribers)
- Create and execute campaigns using tools such as Klaviyo
- Develop product highlights, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and retention flows
- Maintain a warm, thoughtful, and brand-aligned tone in all communications
Expectation: Emails should feel curated and personal—not mass-produced.
6. Initiative & Ownership
- Take ownership of both execution and ideas
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve content, campaigns, and customer experience
- Act as the go-to person for all digital marketing initiatives
Expectation: This role requires someone who leads with initiative and takes accountability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media content creation and strategy
- Strong eye for premium, clean, and minimalist design
- Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Experience managing Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
- Familiarity with Google Ads and paid social campaigns
- Background in eCommerce, lifestyle, or homeware brands (highly preferred)
