Amazon Marketplace Coordinator (UK & EU Market)

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Listing Coordinator to assist with updating and maintaining our product listings across Amazon UK, Germany, and Spain. This role involves editing bullet points, product information, and technical details to ensure listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant with marketplace standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and coordination skills, with bonus points for experience using Amazon Seller Central. You will also support with periodic reporting and help monitor any Amazon notifications or issues.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day Sydney Time 
Key Responsibilities
  • Update and amend product listings, including titles, bullet points, and technical details across multiple Amazon marketplaces (UK, Germany, and Spain).
  • Coordinate listing changes to ensure accuracy and consistency across regions.
  • Maintain records of updates and assist with weekly or monthly reporting as needed.
  • Monitor and flag any Amazon notifications, issues, or compliance alerts to the manager.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of listing updates.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to product catalog management and listing coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative, e-commerce, or coordinator roles (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across regions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience managing or supporting multi-market Amazon listings (UK/EU).
  • Understanding of Amazon listing policies and optimization best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of product data management or content updates across marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with translation tools or working with multilingual listings (UK, DE, ES).
