Job Overview
Our client is looking for a creative and self-driven Digital Content & Web Specialist who can take full ownership of their digital presence—from content creation to website management. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build authentic, engaging content while also having hands-on experience managing and optimizing a website using Framer.
You’ll work closely with the founder to translate ideas into compelling content, while also leading the strategy that drives visibility, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms.

Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM Singapore Time (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing
- Independently create authentic, high-quality content for both the business and the founder’s personal brand
- Edit and repurpose video content provided by the founder (short-form, reels, LinkedIn clips, etc.)
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and audience
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Schedule and publish content consistently
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction
- Track performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
Content Strategy & Planning
- Lead the development of content strategy, including defining content pillars and themes
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with business goals
- Identify trends and opportunities to increase reach and engagement
Website Management (Framer)
- Take ownership of website design, updates, and ongoing maintenance using Framer
- Ensure the website is visually aligned with the brand and optimized for conversions
- Implement SEO best practices and ensure strong search and LLM visibility
- Continuously improve site performance, usability, and content
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media content creation and management
- Hands-on experience and strong familiarity with Framer (required)
- Strong video editing skills (short-form content is a must)
- Solid understanding of SEO and emerging LLM visibility strategies
- Strong sense of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to have
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe tools)
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
- Experience working with founders or personal brands (Preferred)
