Marketing Operations Coordinator (Growth & Content)

Role Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing TheraCorp’s marketing strategy across content, social media, SEO, paid ads, and referral outreach. This is an execution-heavy role where success depends on consistency, organization, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.

You will be responsible for turning strategy into action—publishing content, maintaining systems, tracking progress, and ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with brand standards, compliance requirements, and growth goals.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9am - 4pm EST with 1 hour unpaid lunch

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Repurposing

  • Develop and organize blog topics based on services, client needs, and mental health trends
  • Repurpose blog content into social posts, newsletters, story slides, and video scripts
  • Ensure all content is clear, practical, and aligned with brand voice

Social Media & Content Scheduling

  • Maintain a consistent social media calendar across platforms
  • Schedule posts, blogs, and updates using tools such as Sociamonials
  • Create story content, reels, and short-form educational videos
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and includes clear calls to action

Email Marketing & Newsletter Support

  • Assist in drafting and preparing monthly newsletters
  • Support subscriber growth through content and CTA placement
  • Coordinate newsletter content, drafts, and approvals

Paid Advertising (Meta Ads)

  • Support setup and management of Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
  • Monitor performance metrics and assist with campaign adjustments
  • Track leads, conversions, and engagement data

Referral Outreach & Growth Initiatives

  • Build and manage referral-source lists across locations
  • Execute outreach campaigns and track follow-ups
  • Identify new referral opportunities, including non-traditional (“Blue Ocean”) sources

SEO, Website & Online Presence

  • Support website updates and content improvements (Wix)
  • Assist with SEO tasks such as metadata, blogs, and content structure
  • Manage online directory listings and improve digital visibility

Community Engagement & Inbox Management

  • Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments professionally
  • Engage in relevant online communities and groups appropriately
  • Escalate sensitive or clinical inquiries when necessary

Reporting & Tracking

  • Track all activities and progress using Monday.com or similar tools
  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports on marketing performance
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data

Requirements

  • Strong written English communication skills with the ability to write clearly and professionally
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and execute consistently
  • Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and digital tools
  • Comfortable using tools such as Monday.com, Canva, email platforms, and AI tools
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and task tracking ability
  • Ability to work during Eastern Time business hours
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
  • Understanding of professional boundaries and ability to follow compliance guidelines

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Wix and website content management
  • Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge
  • Experience with AI tools for content creation and marketing workflows
  • Experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sociamonials)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Background in healthcare, therapy, wellness, or service-based marketing
  • Experience with referral outreach and lead generation systems
