Our client is looking for a personable and driven Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, building immediate rapport, and securing appointments for the sales team. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a high-volume calling environment and possesses the professional flair needed to represent the company effectively.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to provided lead lists to schedule appointments
- Set meetings directly on the company calendar
- Introduce prospects to the sales team for follow-up conversations
- Maintain a consistent call volume to keep the pipeline active
- Represent the company professionally during all prospect interactions
- Follow provided lead lists and calling scripts to ensure messaging consistency
- Focus exclusively on appointment setting and calendar management
- Collaborate with the sales team for a smooth handoff of scheduled appointments
Requirements
- Personable communication style with ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience working with or around home service or construction companies preferred
- Strong phone presence and comfort making high-volume outbound calls
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn company-specific processes and messaging
- High level of reliability and consistency
