Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing & Funnel Specialist to build and manage our lead generation and nurturing engine. This role is responsible for creating structured marketing funnels, developing email sequences, and ensuring consistent conversion of prospects into qualified opportunities. 

Work Schedule: Flexible within client's business hours | Eastern Time

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage email drip campaigns and lead nurturing workflows

• Set up and optimize lead capture funnels (e.g., lead magnets, landing pages)

• Segment and manage contact databases to ensure effective targeting and personalization

• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (open rates, conversions, response rates)

• Develop follow-up strategies and re-engagement campaigns across the funnel lifecycle

• Conduct prospect research and support the creation of targeted outreach lists

• Collaborate with the LinkedIn Specialist to align top-of-funnel activity with email conversion flows

Requirements

• Proven experience with email marketing and funnel building for B2B or service-based businesses

• Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar

• Strong understanding of lead generation, segmentation, and conversion strategies

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize performance

• Ability to build structured workflows and processes from scratch
