Sales Operations Specialist (Salesforce & Contracts)

Overview

Drive operational excellence by managing end-to-end contract lifecycles and optimizing Salesforce workflows to support a high-performing sales team. We are looking for a detail-oriented specialist to bridge the gap between sales, finance, and technology through precise data management and strategic process improvements.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours a week, 8 hours/day (with 1-hour unpaid break) Eastern Time (hours to be discussed by the client during interview)

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage all contract types, including Sentrics agreements, third-party agreements, and lease documents.
  • Conduct contract negotiations, including redline reviews and non-standard terms.
  • Support contract lifecycle activities, including sending documents for signature and tracking status.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce product catalog, bundles, pricing, and supporting documentation.
  • Build, manage and optimize workflows, automation, validation rules and page layouts within Salesforce to support operational needs.
  • Review and close opportunities in Salesforce across all product lines.
  • Create and maintain pricing, quotes, proposals, channel lineups, and product documentation.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and executive-level (C-suite) reporting.
  • Manage pricing, discount approval and quoting processes.
  • Process account updates in Salesforce, including merges, deactivations, and changes to active status.
  • Ensure accurate setup and tracking of client accounts and contracts.
  • Support internal teams by providing contract review feedback and cross-functional communication on changes.
  • Oversee workflows for DirecTV agreements and account statuses.
  • Provide ongoing support for sales processes including layouts, proposal creation, and client verification.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, or similar software, with the ability to learn new tools.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and other departments to align Salesforce processes with business needs.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and system efficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of related experience in sales operations, contract management, or related role
  • Background in service-based or technology-driven industries
  • Familiarity with DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce, and other reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 5 years of related experience (preferred)
  • Advanced Salesforce proficiency, including reporting, dashboards, and process automation.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations workflows and data management best practices.
  • Experience with reviewing, editing and negotiating contracts.
  • Skilled in pricing, quoting, and approval processes.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works well both independently and in teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
