Job Overview
Our client is seeking a high-energy, professional Appointment Setter to act as the primary bridge between their members and the engagement team. Your core mission is to conduct outbound outreach, build immediate rapport, and secure confirmed appointments for the engagement team.

Monday - Friday, Flexible between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Singapore Time (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct proactive calls to members to introduce services and schedule appointments for the engagement team.
- Rapport Building: Maintain a positive, professional tone to build trust and clearly communicate the purpose and value of the appointments.
- Calendar Management: Accurately manage and update scheduling calendars to ensure no overlaps and optimal team utilization.
- Lead Tracking: Record call outcomes, appointment statuses, and member feedback in the CRM or tracking system with high precision.
- Multichannel Follow-up: Execute follow-ups via call, SMS, or email to confirm upcoming appointments or reschedule as needed.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the engagement team to align priorities and ensure a seamless hand-off of scheduled members.
- Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly outbound call volume and appointment-setting KPIs.
Requirements
- Outbound Experience: Proven track record in outbound calling, appointment setting, or high-volume customer service.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
- Resilience: Ability to handle objections and rejections effectively while remaining motivated.
- Organization: Highly organized with exceptional time management skills to balance calling and administrative tracking.
- Results-Driven: A self-motivated mindset focused on hitting targets and driving engagement growth.
- Remote Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet working environment suitable for professional calling.
Qualifications
- Experience using CRM tools or digital scheduling systems (e.g., Calendly, HubSpot) is highly valued.
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit various member demographics.
