Job Description

You’ll be the driving force behind lead generation for a successful real estate wholesaling business. This role puts you at the center of deal flow, where your cold calling expertise and real estate knowledge directly impact revenue. You’ll work with provided data to identify motivated sellers, build relationships, and set appointments that turn into profitable deals. Schedule

  • Flexible during client business hours Central Time (Louisiana); 20+ hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads from motivated property sellers
  • Research and identify high-potential prospects using provided data and market intelligence
  • Schedule qualified appointments with property owners for the business owner to close
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of warm prospects through consistent follow-up and relationship nurturing
  • Track and report on call metrics, lead quality, and conversion rates
  • Utilize auto dialer systems and CRM tools to maximize calling efficiency
  • Qualify prospects based on motivation, timeline, and property criteria
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and lead progression

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience with auto dialer platforms (RingCentral, JustCall, or similar systems)
  • Knowledge of real estate wholesaling processes and motivated seller psychology
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bonus if you have appointment setting experience in real estate
  • It helps if you’re familiar with lead qualification frameworks and CRM systems
