Schedule:
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, (Lafayette, CO Time)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize email communications to reduce inbox overload
- Handle scheduling tasks including personal appointments (dentist, etc.) and business meetings
- Coordinate office-related purchases and administrative tasks such as furniture ordering
- Filter and manage phone calls and voicemail communications
- Conduct research as needed for various business and personal matters
- Provide daily priority setting and organizational support
- Assist with restaurant reservations and other personal/business arrangements
- Proactively identify areas where additional support could be beneficial
Requirement:
- Prior experience working with executives or senior managers as an Executive Assistant or in similar administrative support roles
- Strong communication skills for phone and email management
- Technology proficient with the ability to work remotely using various software platforms
- Strong critical thinking skills and common sense
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative rather than wait for direction
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work independently and make smart decisions about task prioritization
