Social Media & Paid Ads Specialist

Work Schedule: 9am to 1pm Dallas  | Central Time

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok business profiles.
  • Create high-quality visual content and graphics for daily posting.
  • Resolve account restriction or ban issues on social platforms.
  • Design and execute paid ad campaigns to generate warm leads.
  • Engage with followers and respond to direct messages.
  • Analyze platform metrics to identify top-performing content.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of mid-level experience in social media management.
  • Proven track record with Instagram and LinkedIn marketing.
  • Experience with graphic design tools and content creation software.
  • Strong understanding of social media ad targeting and budgeting.
  • Ability to develop a brand voice for a tech-driven hospitality product.
  • Self-motivated with strong project management skills.

Scope:

  • Establish a professional digital presence for the startup.
  • Build a content library that showcases the voice-assistant product.
  • Test various marketing channels to find the most scalable source of leads.
  • Coordinate with the founder on ad spend and campaign direction.
  • Convert social media awareness into tangible business inquiries.
