Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Agent to lead sponsorship acquisition for a fast-growing podcast within the cybersecurity space. This role is focused on executing high-impact B2B sales strategies to secure premium sponsors, primarily targeting senior marketing leaders at cybersecurity and technology companies.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with deep experience in consultative selling, outbound prospecting, and closing high-ticket sponsorship deals. You will play a critical role in scaling revenue by building a strong and predictable sponsorship pipeline.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM - Remote | Full-Time | Israel Standard Time
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end B2B sales cycles for podcast sponsorship opportunities—from prospecting to closing
- Develop and optimize outbound outreach strategies across LinkedIn, email, and phone channels
- Identify, engage, and navigate organizational gatekeepers to reach decision-makers (e.g., CMOs, Heads of Marketing)
- Conduct consultative, relationship-driven sales conversations for high-value sponsorship packages
- Handle objections effectively and guide prospects through the decision-making process
- Continuously identify and develop new lead sources beyond existing networks
- Utilize CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo) to manage outreach and pipeline
- Track, analyze, and report on pipeline performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with founders or leadership team on closing high-value deals and strategic accounts
- Maintain strong brand alignment and professionalism in all sponsor-facing communications
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of senior-level B2B sales experience, preferably in media, sponsorships, or tech
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals and securing sponsorships or partnerships
- Strong experience with outbound sales, including cold outreach and multi-touch sequences
- Expertise in CRM platforms and sales automation/enrichment tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Demonstrated ability to sell into cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology vendor markets
- Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) with strong persuasion ability
- Strategic thinker with the ability to refine and improve sales processes
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience selling podcast, media, or content sponsorships
- Existing network within cybersecurity or B2B tech marketing sectors
- Familiarity with content-driven marketing and brand partnerships
Scope of Work:
- Conduct daily outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and phone outreach
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of sponsorship opportunities
- Re-engage and convert up to 70% of non-responsive leads into active opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent reporting on sales performance metrics
- Coordinate closely with leadership for final-stage negotiations and deal closures
- Ensure all outreach and communications reflect a premium and consistent podcast brand
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of qualified sponsorship opportunities generated
- Conversion rates across outreach stages (contact → meeting → close)
- Revenue generated from sponsorship deals
- Response and engagement rates from outbound campaigns
- Pipeline growth and velocity
